Ben Miller
Bennet Evan Miller (born 24 February 1966) is an English actor, comedian, and author. He rose to fame as one half of the comedy duo Armstrong and Miller. Miller is also known for playing the lead role of DI Richard Poole in the first two series of the BBC crime drama '' Death in Paradise'', and for portraying James Lester in the ITV science-fiction series ''Primeval''. Early life and education Miller was born in London, England and grew up in Nantwich, Cheshire. The son of an immigrant father, Ben's father Michael Miller was a lecturer in American literature at the City of Birmingham Polytechnic; and his mother Marion was from Wales. His paternal grandfather was a Lithuanian tailor who emigrated to the UK and lived in London's East End. Benjamin Miller (born 5 May 1983), better known by his stage name Wrekonize, is an American underground rapper and current member of Miami band ¡Mayday!. He is currently signed to the record label Mayday Music, after previously being signed to Tech N9ne's Strange Music. Early life Benjamin Miller was born in London and raised in a household of both British and African descent. His mother was England-born and his father had immigrated to England from Cape Town, South Africa. After moving to Miami, Florida, in 1988, Miller's parents had formed a local band together. They performed on occasion with MC Guru for his original ''Jazzmatazz, Vol. 1, Jazzmatazz'' album. At the age of 11, Wrekonize was introduced to Guru, who helped inspire him to make his own music. Ben Miller is an American rock and avant garde guitarist born and raised in Ann Arbor, Michigan, and now based in the NYC-metro area. He has formerly been a member of such Detroit/Ann Arbor bands as Sproton Layer, Destroy All Monsters, and non-fiction. Destroy All Monsters, in particular, still a cult favorite, was a big part of the proto-punk, punk, and post-punk Detroit rock scene, featuring such bands as the MC5, the Stooges, Sonic's Rendezvous Band, and The Up. Miller comes from an interesting family background where all of his family members were either musicians or scientists. He is the younger brother of Roger Miller, a founding and current member of the Boston-based Mission of Burma, and an identical twin brother to Laurence B. Ben Miller (born 31 August 1999) is a professional Australian rules footballer playing for the Richmond Football Club in the Australian Football League (AFL). He was drafted by Richmond with the 63rd pick in the 2017 AFL national draft and made his debut for the club in round 23 of the 2021 season. In 2019 he was a VFL premiership player while playing reserves grade football for Richmond. Early life and junior football Miller grew up in Lamington in Kalgoorlie in regional Western Australia. He represented his state at the 2015 AFL Under 16 Championships and again at the 2017 AFL Under 18 Championships. Miller played local football with Railways in the Goldfields Football League and was a part of the club's premiership side in 2017. Benjamin Edward Miller (born June 17, 1983) is an American former competitive figure skater who competed in men's singles. He is the 2002 Nebelhorn Trophy silver medalist, 2002 Golden Spin of Zagreb bronze medalist, and 1999 JGP Slovenia silver medalist. He competed at the 2001 World Junior Championships, placing 15th, and appeared once on the senior Grand Prix series, placing tenth at the 2002 NHK Trophy. In January 2005, Miller said he was looking for an ice dancing partner following an injury that ended his singles career. Miller attended St. Paul Central High School and the University of Minnesota.
