Bengt Odhner
Bengt Arne Odhner (10 August 1918 – 20 November 1990) was a Swedish diplomat. Career Odhner was born on 10 August 1918 in Stockholm, Sweden, the son of Professor Nils Hjalmar Odhner and his wife Signhild (née Hagström). He earned a Juris Doctor degree in Genoa in 1944 and served in Genoa and Milan from 1938 to 1945 before becoming an attaché at the Ministry for Foreign Affairs in Stockholm in 1945. Odhner served as an attaché in Tehran and Baghdad from 1947 to 1950 and was the second secretary at the Ministry for Foreign Affairs from 1950 to 1955. He was then first secretary at the Ministry for Foreign Affairs and held the same position in Washington, D.C. from 1955 to 1959. He was legation counsellor in Warsaw from 1959 to 1961 and director at the Ministry for Foreign Affairs (head of international aid cases) from 1962 to 1964. Runes are the letter (alphabet), letters in a set of related alphabets known as runic alphabets native to the Germanic peoples. Tor ''Lennart'' Finnmark (18 January 1917 – 2 September 1993) was a Swedish diplomat. Early life Finnmark was born on 18 January 1917 in Gothenburg, Sweden, the son of Frithiof Finnmark, a pharmacist, and his wife Signe (née Lindberg). He passed his ''studentexamen'' in 1936 and received a Candidate of Law degree from Lund University in 1940. Finnmark became an attaché at the Ministry for Foreign Affairs in 1940. Gunnar Gerring (25 October 1916 – 16 April 2009) was a Swedish diplomat. Career Gerring was born on 25 October 1916 in Stockholm, Sweden, the son of lector, PhD Hugo Gerring and his wife Hillan (née Åström). He passed ''studentexamen'' in 1934 and the reserve officers exam in 1939 (he was a lieutenant in the cavalry reserve 1942-1953) and received a Candidate of Law degree from Uppsala University in 1939. The Embassy of Sweden in Baghdad is Sweden's diplomatic mission in Iraq. The mission consists of an embassy, a number of Swedes from the Ministry for Foreign Affairs and local staff. The Hungarian Order of Merit ( hu, Magyar Érdemrend) is the fourth highest State Order of Hungary. Founded in 1991, the order is a revival of an original order founded in 1946 and abolished in 1949. Danderyd Municipality (''Danderyds kommun''; ) is a municipality north of Stockholm in Stockholm County in east central Sweden. It is one of the smallest municipalities of Sweden, but the most affluent. Its seat is located in Djursholm and it is located within Stockholm urban area.
