David Cameron Lee (born March 8, 1982) is an American volleyball player, currently working as the head coach for Indian Club, Bengaluru Torpedoes. As a member of the United States men's national volleyball team, he is an Olympic Champion at the 2008 Summer Olympics, an Olympic bronze medalist at the 2016 Summer Olympics, and a three-time Olympian (2008, 2012, 2016). Prime Volleyball League (PVL), also known as RuPay Prime Volleyball League for sponsorship reasons, is a professional men's indoor volleyball league in India. The inaugural season took place in February 2022. The league is an initiative of Baseline Ventures with no involvement from Volleyball Federation of India and a rechristened version of the Pro Volleyball League which was held in February 2019. 2023 Prime Volleyball League (also known as PVL 2023 or RuPay PVL 2023) was the second season of the Prime Volleyball League, a franchise based Indian indoor volleyball league, organized by Baseline Ventures. The Prime Volleyball League 2023 winner will qualify for the FIVB Volleyball Men’s Club World Championship 2023 to be held in India from December 6 to 10. Volleyball is a team sport in which two teams of six players are separated by a net. Each team tries to score points by grounding a ball on the other team's court under organized rules.
