Benedetta Moresco
Benedetta Moresco (born 22 August 2001) is an Italian professional golfer. She was the low amateur at the 2023 U.S. Women's Open. Amateur career Moresco had a successful amateur career. In 2019, she won the Italian U18 International Women's Amateur Championship, was runner-up at the German Girls Open and at the Italian Ladies Stroke Play Championship, and reached the semi-finals of the Spanish International Ladies Amateur Championship. Ranked as one of the best juniors in Europe, she represented the continent in the Junior Solheim Cup at Gleneagles. She represented Italy at the European Girls' Team Championship and then the European Ladies' Team Championship each year between 2017 and 2023, winning in 2018 with at team that included Alessia Nobilio, Emilie Alba Paltrinieri and Caterina Don. 2020 European Ladies' Team Championship
The 2020 European Ladies' Team Championship took place 9–12 July at Upsala Golf Club, in Uppsala, Sweden. It was the 37th women's golf amateur European Ladies' Team Championship. Venue The hosting Upsala Golf Club was founded in 1937, the 22nd oldest golf club in Sweden. The Evian Championship, currently known for sponsorship reasons as The Amundi Evian Championship, is a women's professional golf tournament in France, played at the Evian Resort Golf Club in Évian-les-Bains. Agathe Laisné (born 26 May 1999) is a French professional golfer. She won the 2017 European Ladies Amateur and the 2023 Florida's Natural Charity Classic. Amateur career Laisné was born in Paris and played for the French National Team since the age of 13. 2022 Arnold Palmer Cup
The 2022 Arnold Palmer Cup was a team golf competition to be held from 1–3 July 2022 at Golf Club de Genève, Vandœuvres, Switzerland. It was the 26th time the event had been contested and the fifth under the new format in which women golfers play in addition to men, and the United States plays an international team. The international team won the match 33–27. Format The contest was played over three days. On Friday, there were 12 mixed four-ball matches.
