Benjamin Frazier Taylor (born August 31, 1978) is a former professional American football player. Taylor was elected to the List of Virginia Tech Sports Hall of Fame inductees, Virginia Tech Sports Hall of Fame in 2017. He now teaches physical education and coaches football at Shenandoah University in Virginia. College career Taylor was a standout for the Virginia Tech Hokies football team, earning All-America honors in 2000 and 2001. He led the Hokies in tackles his junior and senior seasons with 103 tackles in 2000 and 121 in 2001. Professional career Taylor played in a total of 49 NFL games and had 218 tackles in four seasons with the Browns and one for the Green Bay Packers. Benjamin Eugene Taylor (September 30, 1927 – May 11, 1999) was an American professional baseball first baseman whose 13-year career included 52 games played over three partial seasons with the St. Louis Browns, Detroit Tigers and Milwaukee Braves of Major League Baseball. Born in Metropolis, Illinois, Taylor threw and batted left-handed, stood tall and weighed . He originally signed as a free agent in 1944 with the Brooklyn Dodgers. In 1949, he was selected by the Chicago Cubs in the minor league draft, but was returned to the Dodgers the following year. Benjamin Alan Taylor (born November 12, 1992) is an American professional baseball pitcher who is currently a free agent. He previously played in Major League Baseball (MLB) for the Boston Red Sox and the Cleveland Indians. Career Boston Red Sox Taylor attended Brewbaker Technology Magnet High School in Montgomery, Alabama, graduating in 2011. He attended Chattahoochee Valley Community College for two years, and the University of South Alabama for the final two years of his college baseball career. The Boston Red Sox selected Taylor in the seventh round of the 2015 Major League Baseball draft. Benedict Taylor is a British avant-garde violist, violinist and composer. Career Taylor works in contemporary composition, modern string performance and improvised music in the British and European new music world. Benedict Sean Taylor (born 18 April 1960) is a British actor. Taylor was born in Hampstead, London, the eldest of six children of father, Richard, a documentary film maker, and Allegra, a writer. Taylor lived in Nigeria until 1965 and then was brought up in London. Now based near Hampton Court in West London, Taylor is married to Kate, an editor.
