Ben Robertson (journalist)
Benjamin Franklin Robertson Jr. (June 22, 1903 – February 22, 1943) was an American writer, journalist and World War II war correspondent. He is best known for his renowned Southern memoir ''Red Hills and Cotton: An Upcountry Memory'', first published in 1942 and still in print. A native of Clemson, South Carolina, a horticulture graduate of Clemson Agricultural College of South Carolina, class of 1923, and writer for ''The Tiger'', the college student newspaper. He was an honorary member of Gamma Alpha Mu local writers fraternity. He died in 1943 in a plane crash in Portugal. The SS Ben Robertson, launched in Savannah, Georgia in 1944, was named for him.Ben Robertson Papers

Ben Robertson (born 14 August 1971) is a former Australian rules footballer who played for the Carlton Football Club in the Australian Football League The Australian Football League (AFL) is the only fully professional competition of Australian rules football. Through the AFL Commission, the AFL also serves as the sport's governing body and is responsible for controlling the laws of the gam ... (AFL). Robertson played three senior games in his first season with Carlton, but was unable break into the senior side in 1993 or 1994 and was delisted at the conclusion of the 1994 season. In 1995, he moved to South Australia to play for North Adelaide in the South Australian National Football League. ''Executive Stress'' is a British Situation comedy, sitcom that aired on ITV (TV network), ITV from 1986 to 1988. Produced by Thames Television, it first aired on 20 October 1986. After three series, the last episode aired on 27 December 1988. Written by George Layton, ''Executive Stress'' stars Penelope Keith as Caroline Fairchild, a middle-aged woman who decides to On-Ramping, go back to work. Her husband, Donald, is played by Geoffrey Palmer (actor), Geoffrey Palmer in the first series.
