Ben McIntosh
Ben McIntosh (born May 28, 1991, in Coquitlam, British Columbia, Canada) is a lacrosse player for the Philadelphia Wings in the National Lacrosse League and Waterdogs Lacrosse Club in the Premier Lacrosse League. Professional career NLL career Ben McIntosh was selected first overall in the 2015 National Lacrosse League Entry Draft by the Edmonton Rush who had received the pick in a trade with the Minnesota Swarm. In his rookie season in the National Lacrosse League McIntosh had a tremendous initial season collecting 37 goals, 49 assist and 86 points in his 18 starts with the Rush. McIntosh won 2015 NLL's rookie of the year award with seven first place votes and also helped lead the Rush to its first NLL title. The Rush won the 2016 and 2018 Champion's Cup as well, while reaching the finals in 2017. McIntosh was traded in mid-2020 to the Philadelphia Wings for Josh Currier. The Drexel Dragons men's lacrosse team represents Drexel University in National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) NCAA Division I, Division I men's college lacrosse, lacrosse. 2019 World Indoor Lacrosse Championship
The 2019 World Indoor Lacrosse Championship (WILC) was the fifth international box lacrosse championship organized by World Lacrosse every four years. It was held 19-28 September 2019 at the Langley Events Centre in Langley, British Columbia, Canada. Paul Rabil
Paul Rabil (born December 14, 1985), is an American former professional lacrosse player and co-founder of the Premier Lacrosse League. He played for the Cannons Lacrosse Club and Atlas Lacrosse Club of the Premier Lacrosse League, as well as the Boston Cannons and the New York Lizards of Major League Lacrosse and the San Jose/Washington Stealth and Philadelphia Wings of the National Lacrosse League. Youth Rabil was born in Gaithersburg, Maryland. He started playing lacrosse at the age of 12. He attended Watkins Mill High School in Montgomery Village, Maryland, then went on to graduate from DeMatha Catholic High School in Hyattsville, Maryland. The Western Lacrosse Association (WLA) is a men's Senior A box lacrosse sanctioned by the Canadian Lacrosse Association. It consists of seven teams, based in cities throughout southwestern British Columbia. The Philadelphia Wings are a professional box lacrosse team in the East Division of the National Lacrosse League. The Minnesota Swarm was a box lacrosse team in the National Lacrosse League who played at the Xcel Energy Center in Saint Paul, Minnesota from 2004 until 2015. The team's previous owners (Minnesota Sports & Entertainment) who also own the NHL's Minnesota Wild purchased the rights to the inactive Montreal Express team on August 10, 2004. Premier Lacrosse League (PLL) is an American professional field lacrosse league, composed of 8 teams. The league's inaugural season debuted on June 1, 2019, and included a 14-week tour-based schedule taking place in 12 major-market cities.
