Ben Green (musician)
Ben Green is an American singer-songwriter and musician best known for the charting success of, ''Two to One'', which peaked at #27. as well as being a film director, writer, and producer whose film short, ''Pipe Dreams'', was the winner of ''Best Showcase Short Film'', at the SOHO International Film festival in 2011. He is the owner and CEO of the ''Peekskill Clay Studio'' and the ''Peekskill Hat Factory'', an 80,000 square ft. historic commercial building in Peekskill, New York. Music career After graduating from Skidmore College with a BA, Green signed with EMI publishing and its subsidiary SBK Records in 1990 and performed in the club scene in New York City. He released a self-titled record on Artemis Records in 2002, yielding a Top-30 hit, ''Two To One'', which received favorable reviews. Francesca Beghe
Francesca Beghe is an American singer-songwriter from New York, best known for co-writing "Trust in Me", recorded by Joe Cocker and Sass Jordan, which was featured in the 1992 film, ''The Bodyguard'' and on the Grammy award-winning The Bodyguard (soundtrack) which certified 18× platinum and peaked at No. 1 on Billboard in 1992. Garrison, New York
Garrison is a hamlet in Putnam County, New York, United States. It is part of the town of Philipstown, on the east side of the Hudson River, across from the United States Military Academy at West Point. The Garrison Metro-North Railroad station serves the town. Garrison (a.k.a. Garrison's Landing) was named after 2nd Lieutenant Isaac Garrison, who held a property lot on the Hudson River across from West Point and conducted a ferry service across the Hudson River between the two hamlets. Isaac and his son Beverly Garrison fought in the Battle of Fort Montgomery in 1777, were captured by the British and later set free. The Garrison train wreck took place near Garrison on the Great Hudson River Railway on October 24, 1897, killing 20 people.
