Ben Cook (coach)
Ben Cook (born October 26, 1963) is an American collegiate and professional strength coach and author. He has published a number of books and articles. He is currently a member of the training staff at PIT Instruction and Training in Mooresville, North Carolina. He was a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (1989–2012) and Certified Personal Trainer (1999–2012) offered by thNational Strength and Conditioning Association He has since formally resigned both credentials. Educational background Cook was born in Denton, North Carolina. He obtained a Bachelor of Science in exercise and sports science from Pfeiffer University in 1987, and in 1995 received his Master of Arts in Exercise and Sports Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Shammond Williams
Shammond Omar Williams (born April 5, 1975) is a retired American-born naturalized Georgian professional basketball player. Standing at , he played at both point guard and shooting guard positions. During his career he played in the NBA and in Europe. He is currently an assistant coach for the Old Dominion Lady Monarchs basketball team. Collegiate career After attending Fork Union Military Academy, Williams played college basketball at North Carolina under Dean Smith and later, Bill Guthridge. Richard Petty Motorsports (RPM) was an American professional stock car racing team that competed in the NASCAR Cup Series. Raymond Donald Evernham Jr. (born August 26, 1957) is an American consultant for Hendrick Companies, formerly an auto racing crew chief for Bill Davis Racing and Hendrick Motorsports, owner of his own team Evernham Motorsports from 2001 to 2010, and analyst for ESPN's NASCAR coverage. Matthew Francis Doherty (born February 25, 1962) is an American former college basketball coach best known for his time as head coach of the University of North Carolina Tar Heels men's basketball team. Prior to accepting the head coaching position at UNC he spent one season as head coach of the University of Notre Dame Fighting Irish men's basketball program. As a college player, Doherty started on the 1981–82 North Carolina Tar Heels men's basketball team, which on March 29, 1982, won the NCAA Division I men's basketball tournament, defeating the University of Georgetown Hoyas men's basketball team by a score 63–62.
