''Beauty and the Beast: Belle's Magical World'' is a 1998 direct-to-video animated musical film produced by Walt Disney Television Animation. It was released on February 17, 1998, and is a sequel to the 1991 Walt Disney Pictures animated feature film ''Beauty and the Beast'' and the third and final installment in the ''Beauty and the Beast'' trilogy, featuring the voices of David Ogden Stiers as Cogsworth, Robby Benson as The Beast, Gregory Grudt, who replaced Bradley Pierce as Chip Potts, Paige O'Hara as Belle, Anne Rogers, who replaced Angela Lansbury as Mrs. Potts, and Jerry Orbach as Lumiere. Dale Case
Dale Case (born May 15, 1938) is an American animator and film director. Life and career Case was born in Los Angeles, California in 1938. His father, Brad, was an animator who worked at Disney, MGM, Hanna-Barbera, and Warner Bros. Case graduated from the Chouinard Art Institute, and his earliest credits came in the 1960s from ''King Leonardo and His Short Subjects'' and ''The Beatles'' TV series.
