Beechboro is a suburb of Perth, Western Australia, located within the City of Swan. History The name Beechboro reflects the history of the first European owner of land in the area. In 1892 Henry Brockman subdivided land in the area. The Brockman Family were well established landowners in the Swan River Colony and had considerable estates in England. Beechboro Park (Kent, England) was the name of one of these estates and he named his new subdivisions after it. Perth
Perth is the capital and largest city of the Australian state of Western Australia. Caversham is a suburb of Perth, Western Australia, located in the City of Swan. It contains many wineries as part of the Swan Valley wine region. It is the location of brick and tile manufacturers, with Brisbane & Wunderlich establishing a tile manufacturing factory in 1953. Reid Highway
Reid Highway is a east-west highway and partial freeway in the northern suburbs of Perth, Western Australia, linking North Beach with Middle Swan. As part of State Route 3, it forms half of Perth's outer ring road along with Roe Highway, which it joins onto at its eastern terminus. The highway has many different speed limits and road conditions along its length, but is predominantly a four-lane dual carriageway with a speed limit. A section, between Erindale Road and Altone Road (which makes up just over half the highway’s length), is a continuous freeway. In conjunction with Tonkin Highway, it serves as an important arterial connection between Perth's coastal and eastern suburbs, industrial areas and Perth Airport. Lockridge, Western Australia
Lockridge is a suburb of Perth, in the Bassendean division of Western Australia, and the City of Swan local government area. Land was first granted in the area to Edward Hamersley in 1837. Lockridge's name is derived from that of Lockeridge House, a property built by Edward Hamersley's son, Samuel Hamersley, in 1874. Part of what is now Lockridge, which became the Pyrton Estate, was bought by the Western Australian government during the Soldier settlement scheme in the 1920s. In 1969, the State Housing Commission purchased to begin residential development in the area. An urban renewal project was undertaken in the late 1990s. Morley is a suburb of Perth, within the City of Bayswater local government area, situated approximately northeast of the Perth central business district. It contains the Galleria Shopping Centre, one of Perth's larger shopping centres. Morley bus station is located in the car park of the shopping centre. Noranda is a suburb of Perth, Western Australia, located in the City of Bayswater. The suburb was named in 1977 after Noranda Park, a town in the U.S. state of Florida. West Swan, Western Australia
West Swan is a suburb of Perth, Western Australia, located in the City of Swan local government area. It lies west of the Swan River, and east of the former Caversham Motor Racing Circuit.
