''Beautiful Things'' is the second studio album by Circa Survive's vocalist, Anthony Green. It was released on January 17, 2012, and peaked at No. 27 on the Billboard 200 chart. The album features Keith Goodwin, Dan Schwartz and Tim Arnold from the band Good Old War as his backing band. An early mix of the song "Big Mistake" was released digitally on July 7, 2011. The first single, "Get Yours While You Can", was released on November 15, 2011. A music video for this song was made by the director Isaac Ravishankara in late November 2011 in Brooklyn and was released on January 31, 2012. Anthony Green (musician)
Anthony Green (born April 15, 1982) is an American singer from Doylestown, Pennsylvania. He is currently the lead singer of Circa Survive, Saosin, The Sound of Animals Fighting, and L.S. Dunes, while also maintaining a solo career. He was previously in the bands Audience of One, Jeer at Rome, High and Driving, and Zolof the Rock and Roll Destroyer. Green is known for his distinctive, high vocal timbre. Career Audience of One Anthony Green's first band formed in 1997 while he was in high school with classmate and musician Tommy Dougherty (Junction 232). The band originally had Dougherty on guitar and Green on bass and vocals. Eventually, they recruited drummer Evan Madden. Circa Survive
Circa Survive is an American rock music, rock band from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, that formed in 2004. The band, led and founded by Anthony Green (musician), Anthony Green, consisted of former members from This Day Forward and Taken. Circa Survive quickly made a name for themselves in the indie music scene in little over two years with their 2005 debut album, ''Juturna (album), Juturna'', and second album, ''On Letting Go'', released in 2007. Both albums were released on Equal Vision Records. Their third album, ''Blue Sky Noise'', was released via Atlantic Records in 2010. Good Old War
Good Old War is an American indie folk band from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States, featuring former members of Days Away. History Good Old War is made up of Keith Goodwin, Tim Arnold, and Dan Schwartz. The band's name comes from the last names of the three members; Goodwin Arnold Schwartz. The band was started in 2008 after Days Away (former band of Keith and Tim) went on hiatus; Schwartz previously played in Unlikely Cowboy. They began by recording some free demos in a late-night session at a recording studio, then played with Anthony Green, a fellow Pennsylvania musician, on a short stint of dates along the east coast as well as at the South by Southwest (SXSW) festival in Texas. Good Old War then signed with Sargent House, a label which also served as the band's management company. Chino Moreno (born Camillo Wong Moreno, June 20, 1973) is an American musician who is best known as the lead vocalist, primary lyricist and contributing guitarist of the metal band Deftones. He is also a member of the side-project groups Team Sleep, Crosses, and Palms. Moreno is known for his dramatic tenor voice and distinctive screams. Deftones is an American alternative metal band formed in Sacramento, California in 1988. They were formed by Chino Moreno (vocals, guitar), Stephen Carpenter (guitar), Abe Cunningham (drums), and Dominic Garcia (bass).
