Jakabaring Sport City
Jakabaring Sport City ''(sic)'', also known as Jakabaring Sports Complex ( id, Kompleks Olahraga Jakabaring) is an integrated sports facility complex in Palembang, South Sumatra, Indonesia. The complex is located 5 kilometers southeast of Palembang city center, across the Musi river by the Ampera Bridge in Jakabaring, Seberang Ulu I area. It was the main venue of the 2011 Southeast Asian Games, the 2013 Islamic Solidarity Games, the 2014 ASEAN University Games, the 2017 Asian Triathlon Championship and the 2018 Asian Games. Gelora Sriwijaya Stadium, one of the largest stadiums in Indonesia, is located within this complex. Facilities The sports complex was built to host 2004 Pekan Olahraga Nasional, an Indonesian national multi-sport event in which athletes from 34 Indonesian provinces participated. Gilang Ramadhan (born 10 February 1995) is an Indonesian beach volleyball player from Bandar Lampung. Ramadhan was a gold medalist at the 2016 Pekan Olahraga Nasional held in Bandung, West Java, partnered with Ade Candra Rachmawan. He and Rachmawan also competed at the 2016 Asian Beach Games in Da Nang, Vietnam, finish in the fourth position after lost to Kazakhstani duo in the bronze medal match. Putu Dini Jasita Utami (born 8 January 1994) is an Indonesian beach volleyball player. Born in Gianyar, Bali, Utami now reside in Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara. As a beach volleyball player, Utami teamed-up with Dhita Juliana since 2011. Juliana and Utami won the gold medal for the West Nusa Tenggara province at the 2012 Pekan Olahraga Nasional held in Riau. Dhita Juliana (born 7 July 1993) is an Indonesian beach volleyball player. Born in Bima, West Nusa Tenggara, Juliana initially started her career as an indoor volleyball player when she was in the elementary school.
