Beach Dickerson
Beach Dickerson ( – 2005) was an American actor known for such films as '' The Trip'' and ''Crazy Mama''. Early life Dickerson was born in Glennville, Georgia. Career Dickerson worked frequently with director Roger Corman. His first appearance was in ''Attack of the Crab Monsters''. He also appeared in the films '' Sorority Girl'', ''Rock All Night'', ''Cocaine and Blue Eyes'', '' Teenage Caveman'' and the 1991 film ''Future Kick''. Death He died in Los Angeles, California, on December 7, 2005, at age 81. Dickerson willed three houses to his friend, author Scotty Bowers. The spreading of Dickerson's ashes by Bowers was shown in the 2017 documentary film ''Scotty and the Secret History of Hollywood''. ''T-Bird Gang'' is a 1959 American film directed by Richard Harbinger in his first and final film. It was co-written by and starring John Brinkley and Tony Miller with Edwin Nelson; all of them had appeared in several of Roger Corman's films. Plot A group of criminals rob a warehouse where they cosh the elderly night watchman. The watchman's ex-G.I. son Frank finds his barely conscious father who soon dies from the injury; his last words being that the group drove a white T-Bird. Frank tracks the gang down with the idea of vengeance, but the police apprehend him and force him into getting his revenge by infiltrating the gang of robbin' hoods. ''Capone'' is a 1975 American biographical crime film directed by Steve Carver, written by Howard Browne, and starring Ben Gazzara, Harry Guardino, Susan Blakely, John Cassavetes, and Sylvester Stallone in an early film appearance. The film is a biography of the infamous Al Capone. Plot The story is of the rise and fall of Chicago mob boss Al Capone and the control he exhibited over the city during Prohibition, all the way through to his conviction, imprisonment, and final years. ''Bury Me an Angel'' is a 1971 American biker film from female director Barbara Peeters, who was script supervisor on ''Angels Die Hard'' (1970). She was the first woman to direct a biker film. The film was acquired by Roger Corman's New World Pictures. Plot A female biker ( Dixie Peabody) seeks to avenge the death of her brother. Production Barbara Peeters first conceived the idea for the film when, while working on Richard Compton's biker drama ''Angels Die Hard'', supporting player Rita Murray told her she was looking to produce films of her own. Peeters invented the plot on the spot, and rush-wrote a first draft to present to Murray and her investors days later. Beach Dickerson has a small role and helped produce the movie, which was shot on location in California. The script's original title was ''The Hunt''. ''The Dunwich Horror'' is a 1970 American supernatural horror film directed by Daniel Haller, and starring Sandra Dee, Dean Stockwell, and Ed Begley. A loose adaptation of the short story of the same name by H.P. Lovecraft, the film concerns a young female graduate student who is targeted by a man attempting to use her in an occult ritual taken from the ''Necronomicon''.
