Bayfront Park is a Metromover station in Downtown, Miami, Florida, adjacent to Bayfront Park. This station is located at the intersection of Southeast Second Street and Biscayne Boulevard (US 1), opening to service April 17, 1986. The station sees very heavy ridership during special events such as New Year's Eve, when service is extended to 2 a.m. In terms of average weekday traffic, Bayfront Park and Brickell stations are the busiest stations on the Metromover after Government Center. Miami Center
Citigroup Center (formerly Miami Center) is a high-rise office building located at 201 South Biscayne Boulevard in Downtown Miami, Florida. Although Miami Center is not the city's tallest building, it is a symbol of an earlier downtown. Built in 1983, it is older compared with most of the taller buildings in Miami, which have been built in the last decade. In addition, the Miami Center is immediately adjacent to Bayfront Park, and is unobstructed when looking at the skyline from Miami Beach to the east. Metropolitan Miami (development)
Metropolitan Miami is a mixed-use development consisting of three completed skyscrapers, a fourth uncompleted building, and a lifestyle center in the central business district of Downtown Miami, Florida. The first phase was completed in 2008 with Met 1, a condo tower, and was followed by Met 2 – which includes the Wells Fargo Center and JW Marriott Marquis Miami – in 2010. The third phase of the complex, Met 3 and Met Square, was completed in 2014. The Met Square site (between Met 1 and the Wells Fargo Center), was originally planned to house a movie theatre, restaurants, and a 31-story hotel tower, however, ongoing archaeological digs have found important Tequesta Indian ruins. The ruins date back 2,000 years and include over eight large circles carved into the ground's limestone. 50 Biscayne is a fifty-seven story skyscraper condo in the Central Business District of Downtown Miami, Florida, United States. As its name implies, the tower is located at the address of 50 Biscayne Boulevard in between Flagler and Northeast 1st Streets. The size and stature of 50 Biscayne conceives a significant part of the Biscayne Wall, which is a series of buildings and parks stretching along the Biscayne Bay. The tower is tall and contains upscale commercial space at street level, such as Safi and D'Oro Caffe. The tower's main lobby consists of three stories, followed by the ''Park Suites'', which are condos customly furnished by the Rockwell Group, on floors 4 through 9. One Miami
One Miami is a complex of two adjacent skyscrapers in downtown Miami, Florida named One Miami East Tower and One Miami West Tower. It consists of two towers located at the Miami River delta, where the river empties into Biscayne Bay. The East Tower is the taller of the two, at 460 ft (140 m). It contains 44 floors, and was completed in 2005. The West Tower is 449 ft (137 m) tall, and contains 45 floors. It too was completed in 2005. The development was one of the first announced in the recent Miami building boom. However, due to a slow construction phase, the buildings took over five years to be completed. The complex is located on South Biscayne Boulevard and Southeast 3rd Street. The buildings are entirely residential, consisting of condominiums. Southeast Financial Center is a two-acre development in Miami, Florida, United States. It consists of a tall office skyscraper and its 15-story parking garage. It was previously known as the Southeast Financial Center (1984–1992), the First Union Financial Center (1992–2003) and the Wachovia Financial Center (2003–2011). One Biscayne Tower
One Biscayne Tower is an office skyscraper in Miami, Florida, United States. It is located on the eastern edge of Downtown Miami, on South Biscayne Boulevard. It comprises Class A office space completely. The approximately 983,000 square feet building contains 39 floors and is 492 ft (150 m) tall, to the roof. When built in 1972, it ended the Dade County Courthouse's 44-year reign as the tallest building in Miami. It held this status until the Southeast Financial Center was topped off in 1984. The building, although relatively short compared to many of the newer skyscrapers in Miami, remains a symbol of the city. One Bayfront Plaza
One Bayfront Plaza is a proposed supertall skyscraper approved for construction in the U.S. city of Miami, Florida. If completed, the building would stand at , with 93 floors, becoming the tallest building in Miami and Florida. One Bayfront Plaza would primarily consist of offices and hotel space, but also would include a retail mall, condominiums, and parking garage on the lower levels, as well as possibly an observation deck at the top.
