Battle of Los Angeles (2007) was the third Battle of Los Angeles professional wrestling tournament produced by Pro Wrestling Guerrilla (PWG). The event was held on August 31, September 1 and September 2, 2007 at the Burbank Armory in Burbank, California. The tournament featured the PWG debuts of Doug Williams, Susumu Yokosuka, Jimmy Rave and Nigel McGuinness. The tournament concluded with a three-way elimination match, in which CIMA defeated Roderick Strong and El Generico to win the 2007 Battle of Los Angeles tournament. The event also featured a World Tag Team Championship match on night one, in which El Generico and Kevin Steen successfully defended the titles against Dragon Kid and Susumu Yokosuka. Cima (wrestler)
(born November 15, 1977), better known by his ring name Cima ( ) (most often stylized as CIMA), is a Japanese professional wrestler who currently works for Gleat. He had previously worked for Oriental Wrestling Entertainment (OWE), where he had also served as the company's president. He also made appearances for All Elite Wrestling (AEW) in 2019 and 2020. Cima is best known for his work with Dragon Gate (DG), whom he worked for from the promotion's formation in 2004 up until 2018. Kevin Steen (born May 7, 1984) is a Canadian professional wrestler. He is currently signed to WWE, where he performs on the Raw brand under the ring name Kevin Owens. Steen began his career in 2000, at the age of 16. Battle of Los Angeles (2005) was the first Battle of Los Angeles professional wrestling tournament produced by Pro Wrestling Guerrilla (PWG). It was a two-night event which took place on September 3 and September 4, 2005 at the Hollywood-Los Feliz Jewish Community Center in Los Angeles, California. It was a sixteen-man tournament which concluded with Chris Bosh defeating AJ Styles in the tournament final to win the inaugural tournament. In the non-tournament matches, Gunning For Hookers (Hook Bomberry and Top Gun Talwar) and Human Tornado defeated Chris Sabin, Disco Machine and Excalibur during the first night while Chris Sabin, Hook Bomberry and T. J. Joey Ryan (wrestler)
Joseph Ryan Meehan (born November 7, 1979), is an American retired professional wrestler and promoter. During his early years as a professional wrestler, he founded the Southern California promotion Pro Wrestling Guerrilla (PWG) with five other wrestlers, where he held the PWG World and PWG World Tag Team Championships. He later appeared on the independent circuit, wrestling for promotions such as Ring of Honor, Wrestling Society X, Major League Wrestling and DDT Pro-Wrestling (where he held the Ironman Heavymetalweight Championship 43 times). Scott Epperson (born June 8, 1980), better known by the ring name Scott Lost, is an American retired professional wrestler. He is best known for his work with Pro Wrestling Guerrilla, which he founded with five other wrestlers and where he is a former five-time PWG World Tag Team Champion.
