Malcom Mussen Lamoh
Malcolm Mussen Lamoh is a Malaysian politician who has served as State Deputy Minister of International Trade and Investment of Sarawak under Premier Abang Abdul Rahman Johari Abang Openg and Minister Awang Tengah Ali Hasan since January 2022 and Member of the Sarawak State Legislative Assembly (MLA) for Batang Ai since May 2016 and Batang Air from April 2009 to May 2016. He also served as the State Deputy Minister of International Trade and Industry, Industrial Terminal and Entrepreneur Development (Development and Industry) in the GPS state administration under Abang Johari and Awang Tengah from September to December 2021. Parti Bansa Dayak Sarawak
The Sarawak Native People's Party or ms, Parti Bansa Dayak Sarawak (PBDS) was a political party in the state of Sarawak in Malaysia. It was established in 1983, by Datuk Amar Leo Moggie Irok, after seceding from Sarawak National Party (SNAP) following his loss in the contest for the SNAP's president post against Datuk Amar James Wong Kim Ming. PBDS, as a breakaway of SNAP, won 15 seats in the 1987 Sarawak state election, while its ally, Sarawak Malaysian People's Association (PERMAS), won only 5 seats. Overall, the PBDS won 28 constituencies with PBB 14; SUPP 11 and SNAP 3. In both cases, SNAP and PBDS (both parties now defunct) joined the Malaysian National Front or Barisan Nasional (BN) as the ruling coalition. 18th Sarawak State Legislative Assembly
The 18th Sarawak State Legislative Assembly was a term of the Sarawak State Legislative Assembly, the legislative branch of the Government of Sarawak in Sarawak, Malaysia. The 18th Assembly consisted of 82 members that were elected in the 2016 state election and served from 7 June 2016 until 3 November 2021. The legislature would, in normal circumstances, have dissolved automatically at the expiration of the five-year term on 6 June 2021 per the Sarawak constitution, but it was overridden by an ongoing emergency declaration at the federal level arising from the 2020–21 Malaysian political crisis and the COVID-19 pandemic in Malaysia. The subsequent state election has also been delayed. The emergency declaration was however ended several months earlier than scheduled and the legislature was dissolved on the same day.
