Bashir Mirza
Bashir Mirza (1941 – 19 January 2000), also known as BM, was a Pakistani painter artist. Early life and education Born in Amritsar, British India in 1941, Mirza joined the Mayo School of Arts (now National College of Arts (NCA), Lahore, where he was one of Shakir Ali's favorite students of art. Shakir Ali was the ''principal'' at the National College of Arts in Lahore at that time. Bashir graduated in 1962 from the department of design and was amongst the first batch of graduates of the renamed school.NCA and Stamp Design, Exhibition Souvenir, Lahore 2000, p. 6 Career He never stayed for long with one theme or style, fluctuating between realistic, abstract and non-objective styles. Muhammad Arshad Khan
Muhammad Arshad Khan ( ur, , born October 14, 1969) known as MAK, is a Pakistani artist, painter, sculptor, social worker and the president of the Pakistan national committee for the World Art Games. He has painted several paintings, did not go to any art college, and learned painting from Bashir Mirza. His style of painting is identified by some as ''Mak Art''. Ahmed Pervez
Ahmed Parvez ( ur, ) (1926 – 1979) was a modernist painter from Rawalpindi, Pakistan. He was a member of The Lahore Group in Pakistan and founder of the Pakistan Group in London. He was also among the few early modernists of Pakistani origin to have garnered considerable critical acclaim, with solo exhibitions at the New Vision, Lincoln, and Clement Stephens galleries in London, along with exhibitions at London's Commonwealth Institute and the Ashmolean Museum in Oxford between 1955 and 1964. Life as an artist In 1962, Parvez held a two-man exhibition at the Lincoln Gallery with American painter Alexander Calder.
