Barry Barinada Mpigi (born 1961) is a Nigerian politician from Rivers State, Nigeria. He served as a member of the Nigerian House of Representatives The House of Representatives is the lower chamber of Nigeria's bicameral National Assembly. The Senate is the upper chamber. Rivers State, also known as Rivers, is a state in the Niger Delta region of southern Nigeria (Old Eastern Region). Punch Nigeria Limited was registered under the Companies Act of 1968 to engage in the business of publishing newspapers, magazines and other periodicals.
