Bank of America Plaza is a , 23-story office building located at Las Olas City Centre in downtown Fort Lauderdale, Florida. The structure was finished in early 2003, and contains a parking garage which is located on the second to sixth floors, a small retail mall, and a Bank of America—the building's namesake tenant—on the ground floor. It is currently the fifth tallest building in Ft. Lauderdale. The rest of the building, however, is strictly off-limits to the public, with the exception of employees and company clients. Philips Plaza is the 20th tallest building in Nashville, with 20 stories and a height of . In 2002, the building's owners, Parkway Properties, announced a complete renovation to the building, significantly altering its appearance. Included in the renovation was the installation of new, blue tinted glass, replacing its original red tinted glass, and the construction of a new plaza around the building. The New York Biltmore Hotel was a luxury hotel at 335 Madison Avenue in Midtown Manhattan, New York City. The hotel was developed by the New York Central Railroad and the New York, New Haven and Hartford Railroad and operated from 1913 to 1981. It was one of several large hotels developed around Grand Central Terminal as part of Terminal City. The Biltmore was designed in the Italian Renaissance Revival style by Warren and Wetmore, one of the firms involved in designing Grand Central. Although the hotel's steel frame still exists, the hotel itself was almost entirely demolished and replaced by an office building in the early 1980s.
