An autonomous region of the Philippines ( fil, rehiyong awtonomo ng Pilipinas) is a first-level administrative division that has the authority to control a region's culture and economy. Ali Pangalian M. Balindong (born 1 January 1940) is a Filipino lawyer and politician. He is the current speaker of the Bangsamoro Parliament. He is also a former deputy speaker of the Philippine House of Representatives and a member of the 1971 Philippine Constitutional Convention. Albakil "Thong" Dasani Jikiri is a Moro Filipino who is a member of the Bangsamoro Transition Authority Parliament and the Deputy Chief Minister of Bangsamoro for the Islands. Early life and education Albakil Jikiri was born in December 12, 1980 in Indanan, Sulu to Yusop Jikiri and Dayang Dayang Harija Dasani. Ali Bangcola Solaiman is a Moro revolutionary and politician. He is a member of the Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF) and the Interim Bangsamoro Parliament. He is also the Deputy Chief Minister of Bangsamoro for the Mainland. He serves as the Moro Islamic Liberation Front's 2nd Vice Chairman and is also a member of the group's central committee. When the Bangsamoro region was formed in 2019, Solaiman became part of the Bangsamoro Transition Authority.
