"Bandz a Make Her Dance" is a song by American hip hop recording artist Juicy J. It was released on September 11, 2012, as the lead single from his third studio album ''Stay Trippy'' (2013). The song, produced by Mike WiLL Made It and co-produced by J-Bo, features guest appearances from fellow American rappers Lil Wayne and 2 Chainz. Background Juicy J included an audio sample of himself in the song, from his prior work with Three 6 Mafia on the song, "Mafia Niggaz". The song was originally included on the bonus track version of Juicy J's mixtape ''Blue Dream & Lean''. It only features himself on the song. Jordan Michael Houston III (born April 5, 1975), known professionally as Juicy J, is an American rapper and record producer. Originally from Memphis, Tennessee, he is a founding member of the Southern hip hop group Three 6 Mafia, established in 1991. The group won an Academy Award for Best Original Song for their single " It's Hard out Here for a Pimp". Patrick Earl Houston (born February 8, 1973), better known by his stage name Project Pat, is an American rapper from Memphis, Tennessee. He is the older brother of Juicy J, the co-founder of Three 6 Mafia. Three 6 Mafia is an American Hip hop music, hip hop group from Memphis, Tennessee, formed in 1991. Emerging as a horror-themed underground hip hop group, they would eventually go on to enjoy mainstream success.
