Banatski Sokolac
Banatski Sokolac () is a village located in the Plandište municipality, in the South Banat District of Serbia. It is situated in the Autonomous Province of Vojvodina. The village has a Serb ethnic majority (91,80%) and its population numbered 366 at the 2002 census. Sokolac is the site of the annual Rockvillage festival held in the local school yard; for this occasion many former residents pay a visit. A statue of Bob Marley was placed in the village in September 2008. Central European Summer Time (CEST), sometimes referred to as Central European Daylight Time (CEDT), is the standard clock time observed during the period of summer daylight-saving in those European countries which observe Central European Time (CET; UTC+01:00) during the other part of the year. Robert Nesta Marley (6 February 1945 – 11 May 1981; baptised in 1980 as Berhane Selassie) was a Jamaican singer, musician, and songwriter. Plandište (, ; hu, Zichyfalva; german: Zichydorf) is a village and municipality located in the South Banat District of the autonomous province of Vojvodina, Serbia.
