Baja (cross-country Rally)
A baja, or baja rally, is a motorsport event conducted using various types of vehicles. Along with the similar rally raids and marathon rally raids, the three event types are collectively considered as types of cross-country rallies by the international governing body for automobile sport, the Fédération Internationale de l'Automobile (FIA). In motorcycle sport, the Fédération Internationale de Motocyclisme (FIM) define baja as events featuring racing, however in practice, FIM motorcycle bajas are run similarly to other cross-country rallies. An unaffiliated motorcycle sport organisation, Baja Rally LLC, owns the "Baja Rally" trademark and organises a series of three events in Mexico without recognising any other sporting authority. The FIM Bajas World Cup is the premier championship of baja-style rally raid racing, organized by the Fédération Internationale de Motocyclisme (FIM) since 2012. Along with the main world cup for 450cc, there are world cups for the following categories: Quads, Women, and Junior. Unlike the much longer cross-country rallies, cross-country bajas generally take place in 2–3 days. Nissan Navara
The Nissan Navara is a nameplate used for Nissan pickup trucks with D21, D22, D40 and D23 model codes. The nameplate has been used in Australia, New Zealand, Central America, South America, Asia, Europe, and South Africa. In North, Central and South America and some selected markets, it is marketed as the Nissan Frontier or Nissan NP300. After more than ten years with the D21, Nissan unveiled the similar sized D22. Bowler Wildcat
The Bowler Wildcat is an off-road vehicle originally made by Bowler Offroad, it is an evolution of the Bowler Tomcat using some components from the Land Rover Defender. The initial version, Wildcat 100, had a tubular chassis with 100" wheelbase and used the same body style as the previous box-section chassis "Tomcat 100". The Wildcat 200 was an evolution of this having a completely new spaceframe (of 106" wheelbase) and fibreglass body panels. The Wildcat has been entered in various off-road rally raids, most notably the Dakar Rally and Rallye des Pharaons.
