"Baila Mi Rumba" (''"Dance My Rumba"'') is a dance song written by Isidore York, Rudy Pérez and V. M. Hernández, produced by Pérez and Emilio Estefan, Jr., and performed by Venezuelan singer José Luis Rodríguez "El Puma". It was released in 1989 as the lead single from his studio album ''Tengo Derecho a Ser Feliz'' (1989), and became his second number-one single in the ''Billboard'' Hot Latin Tracks chart after "Y Tú También Llorarás" in 1987. The success of the song led its parent album to its peak at number two in the ''Billboard'' Latin Pop Albums. José Luis Rodríguez González, nicknamed ''El Puma'' (Cougar) (; January 14, 1943), is a Venezuelan singer and actor who is known for having recorded many international super hits and participated in a handful of telenovelas. "La Incondicional" (The Unconditional") is a pop song written, produced, and arranged by Spanish Juan Carlos Calderón and performed by Mexican singer Luis Miguel. The Hot Latin Songs chart (formerly Hot Latin 50 and Hot Latin Tracks), published in ''Billboard'' magazine, is a record chart based on Latin music airplay. The data were compiled by the ''Billboard'' chart and research department with information from 70 Spanish-language radio stations in the United States and Puerto Rico. Those radio stations were selected based on their number of listeners, and were asked to report their playlists for the week. This information was then entered to the ''Billboard'' computer system, and points were tabulated for each song. Before this chart's inception, the Latin music information on the magazine was presented only in the form of the biweekly album sales chart Top Latin Albums, which was divided into Latin Pop, Tropical/Salsa, and Region Mexican and continues to be listed separately. The year-end charts for the Hot Latin Songs chart are published in the last issue of ''Billboard'' magazine every year. Initially, the chart was based on information provided by Nielsen Broadcast Data Systems, which collected airplay information from Latin radio stations in the United States. On the week ending October 20, 2012, the methodology was changed to track the best-performing Spanish-language songs based on digital downloads, streaming activity, and airplay from all radio stations in the country. The Year-End charts represent aggregated numbers from the weekly charts that were compiled for each artist, song and record company.
