Bai Jinshi
Bai Jinshi (; born May 18, 1999) is a Chinese chess player. He was awarded the title Grandmaster (GM) by FIDE in 2015. Career Born in Jilin, Bai won the Under 10 section of the World Youth Chess Championships in 2009. He played for China A team in the World Youth U16 Chess Olympiad in 2013. Bai won the London Chess Classic Open (jointly with Kamil Dragun) in 2014, the Cannes Open and the Groningen Chess Festival (on tiebreak from Sergei Tiviakov) in 2016. In April 2018, he finished tied for first place with Wen Yang in the Chinese Chess Championship and ended in second place on tiebreak score. In December, he won the North American Open in Las Vegas, US. In the same year, Bai played for the Chinese team in the China-Russia match, the Asian Nations Cup, where China won the bronze medal, and the India-China Summit match. Grandmaster (chess)
Grandmaster (GM) is a title awarded to chess players by the world chess organization FIDE. Apart from World Champion, Grandmaster is the highest title a chess player can attain. Once achieved, the title is held for life, though exceptionally it has been revoked for cheating. The title of Grandmaster, along with the lesser FIDE titles of International Master (IM) and FIDE Master (FM), is open to all players regardless of gender. The great majority of grandmasters are men, but 40 women have been awarded the GM title as of 2022, out of a total of about 2000 grandmasters. Since about the year 2000, most of the top 10 women have held the GM title. There is also a Woman Grandmaster title with lower requirements awarded only to women. Wen Yang (chess Player)
Wen Yang (; born 7 July 1988) is a Chinese chess player. In 2008, he became China's 25th Grandmaster. He achieved the norms required for the grandmaster title at the 2006 World Junior Chess Championship and the 2007 Asian Chess Championship. He has competed in two FIDE World Cups. In 2007, Wen Yang was defeated ½-1½ by Zoltán Almási in the first round and as a result was eliminated from the tournament. In the 2015 edition, he knocked out Igor Kovalenko in the inaugural round to reach the second, where he lost to Peter Leko. In 2018 Wen won the Chinese Chess Championship edging out Bai Jinshi on tiebreak score, after both players finished on 7½/11 points. Wen was a member of the gold medal-winning Chinese team in the World Team Chess Championship of 2017. In 2012 he played for China's second team in the Asian Team Chess Championship. Sergei Tiviakov
Sergei Tiviakov (russian: Серге́й Тивяков; born 14 February 1973) is a Russian–Dutch chess grandmaster. He is a three-time Dutch Champion and was European Champion in 2008. Chess career Tiviakov won the World Under-18 Championship in 1990 in Singapore. He was awarded the Grandmaster title in 1991. Tiviakov won the Dutch Chess Championship in 2006, 2007 and 2018. In 2008, in Plovdiv, Bulgaria he won the European Individual Chess Championship. Tiviakov won the Politiken Cup in Helsingør, Denmark in July 2008 on tiebreak after scoring 8/10. In 2009 he won the 13th Unive Tournament in Hoogeveen. In 2011 he came first in the Fagernes Chess Festival, in the 5th Leiden Chess Tournament and in the First Panama Chess Open. Jilin

Kamil Dragun (born 25 June 1995) is a Polish chess grandmaster. Chess career Dragun won medals in the Polish Junior Chess Championship in different age categories. In 2009 he won European Youth Chess Championship (U14) in Fermo, Italy. In 2010 Dragun won World Youth Chess Championship (U16) in Chalkidiki, Greece. He became a FIDE master in 2009 and an International Master in 2010. Dragun has also competed successfully in Polish Team Chess Championships (individual gold in 2011, 2013).
