Bahçe, Osmaniye
Bahçe is a rural district and town of Osmaniye Province in the Mediterranean region of Turkey. It is located in the Nur Mountains area. The Bahçe Wind Farm, situated on the Gökçedağ, was the country's largest one with its installed power of 135 MW as it was commissioned in 2009. The Ayran railroad station (Ayran İstasyonu) is located east of the town, near the entrance to the tunnel (Bahçe-tünel) leading to Fevzipaşa. This tunnel was originally built as part of the Baghdad Railway in the early 20th century. Osmaniye Province ( tr, ) is a province in south-central Turkey. It was named Cebel-i Bereket () in the early republic until 1933, when it was incorporated into Adana Province. It was made a province again in 1996. It covers an area of 3,767 km and has a population of 479,221 (2010 est). The province is situated in Çukurova, a geographical, economical and cultural region. Nationalist Movement Party
The Nationalist Movement Party (alternatively translated as Nationalist Action Party; tr, Milliyetçi Hareket Partisi, MHP) is a Turkish far-right and ultranationalist political party. The group is often described as neo-fascist, and has been linked to some violent paramilitaries and organized crime groups. The party is represented by 48 MPs in the Turkish Parliament which support the AKP government. Its leader is Devlet Bahçeli. The party was formed in 1969 by former Turkish Army colonel Alparslan Türkeş, who had become leader of the Republican Villagers Nation Party (CKMP) in 1965. The party mainly followed a Pan-Turkist and Turkish nationalist political agenda throughout the latter half of the 20th century. Devlet Bahçeli took over after Türkeş's death in 1997. Bahçe Wind Farm
Bahçe Wind Farm or Gökçedağ Wind Farm is an onshore wind power plant in the Bahçe district of Osmaniye Province, in the eastern Mediterranean Region of Turkey. Consisting of 54 wind turbines with an installed output power of 135 MW in total, the wind farm was the country's largest one when it was commissioned in 2009. The licence for the wind farm was obtained in 2003 and will expire in 2033. Construction works at the site began in 2008. It was constructed on Gökçedağ, a mountain between Bahçe and Hasanbeyli, south of the Osmaniye-Gaziantep highway . It is operated by Rotor Co., a subsidiary of Zorlu Holding. Fevzipaşa is a neighbourhood of the municipality and district of İslahiye, Gaziantep Province, Turkey. Its population is 1,173 (2022). Before the 2013 reorganisation, it was a town (''belde''). It is inhabited by Yörüks. Geography Fevzipaşa is north of İslahiye. The highway distance to Gaziantep to the east is .
