Bahtiýar Hojaahmedow
Bahtiyar Hamrakulovich Hojaahmedov ( tk, Bahtiýar Hamrakulowiç Hojaahmedow; born 14 February 1985) is a Turkmen footballer who plays for Turkmen club Energetik Mary. He was part of the Turkmenistan national team from 2008. Club career In 2013 with FC Balkan he won the AFC-President's Cup 2013 in Malaysia. In 2014, he moved to the FC Altyn Asyr. The season of 2019 began in FC Merw. In the summer transfer window moved to Şagadam FK. In summer 2021 Hojaahmedow, as a free agent, signed a contract with FC Merw. In March 2022, FC Energetik Mary announced the signing of Hojaahmedow. 2013 AFC President's Cup
The 2013 AFC President's Cup was the ninth edition of the AFC President's Cup, a football competition organized by the Asian Football Confederation (AFC) for clubs from "emerging countries" in Asia. Istiqlol were the defending champions, but did not enter the tournament as teams from Tajikistan no longer entered the AFC President's Cup. The AFC President's Cup was an annual international association football competition between domestic clubs sides run by the Asian Football Confederation (AFC) held between 2005 and 2014. The competition targeted emerging football nations, and was set below the AFC Champions League and AFC Cup competitions. Competition format Between 8 and 12 teams participated in each edition of the competition. From 2005 to 2007, 8 clubs were placed into two groups of 4 teams. The winners and runners up would advance to the semi-final stage. All the matches were held in a single host country. From 2008 to 2010, the tournament was increased to 11 clubs. A qualification round was created and the 11 clubs were split into three groups of 3 or 4 clubs. Each group was played in a different country.
