Unfortunately, the pump was broken at the end of 2002. Revenging the death of a Muslim merchant death in Sélim by an unknown person, the victim's family armed with weapons entered Bahr on 15 November 2014 and clashed with the locals. No casualties were reported and the victim families retreated from the village. An armed group attacked Bahr on 1 December 2014. They burned 18 houses and two straw huts. Barr (; in Alsatian ''Borr'') is a commune in the Bas-Rhin department in the Alsace region of north-eastern France. The inhabitants of the commune are known as ''Barrois'' or ''Barroises''. The commune has been awarded "three flowers" by the National Council of Towns and Villages in Bloom in the ''Competition of cities and villages in Bloom''. Geography Barr lies in the foothills of the Vosges Mountains at the foot of Mont Sainte-Odile some 25 km (15 miles) south-west of Strasbourg and 5 km (3 miles) north of Epfig. The A35 autoroute passes through the eastern tip of the commune from north to south and Exit lies in the tip of the commune. The D62 runs west through the commune from the exit to Andlau. Bahr, Netherlands
Bahr is a hamlet in the Dutch province of Gelderland.''VUGA's Alfabetische Plaatsnamengids van Nederland'' (13th edition), VUGA, 1997. It is located in the municipality Zevenaar, about 3 km southeast of Rheden.''ANWB Topografische Atlas Nederland'', Topografische Dienst and ANWB, 2005. The village was first mentioned in 1272 as de Bare. It may mean "barren land". It became part of Gelderland in 1735. The hamlet has no place name signs. In 1840, it was home to 144 people. Nowadays it consists of about 20 houses. According to the 19th-century historian A.J. van der Aa, it had about 170 inhabitants in the middle of the 19th century. The large castle "Bahr" was located here, until it was demolished after a siege in 1495. Bahrs Landing Famous Seafood Restaurant and Marina (locally known as Bahrs Restaurant, Bahrs Landing, or simply Bahrs) is a seafood restaurant, bar and marina, located in Highlands, New Jersey. Location and description Established in 1917, Bahrs Restaurant is situated on the Sandy Hook Bay, overlooking Sandy Hook. The restaurant has a marina on the bay. Indoor and outdoor dining (with weather permitting) is available year round. On a clear day, patrons can see the New York Skyline and Verrazano-Narrows Bridge across the Sandy Hook Bay and Raritan Bay. The Highlands-Sea Bright Bridge, which carries Route 36, is nearby the restaurant.
