Baey Yam Keng ( zh, s=马炎庆, p=Mǎ Yánqìng; born 31 August 1970) is a Singaporean politician who has been serving as Ministry of Sustainability and the Environment, Senior Parliamentary Secretary for Sustainability and the Environment since 2022 and Ministry of Transport (Singapore), Senior Parliamentary Secretary for Transport since 2018. A member of the governing People's Action Party (PAP), he has been the Parliament of Singapore, Member of Parliament (MP) representing the Tampines, Tampines North division of Tampines Group Representation Constituency, Tampines GRC since 2011. 2011 Singaporean General Election
General elections were held in Singapore on 7 May 2011. President S. R. Nathan dissolved parliament on 19 April 2011 on the advice of Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong. Voting is mandatory in Singapore and is based on the first-past-the-post system. Elections are conducted by the Elections Department, which is under the jurisdiction of the Prime Minister's Office. Queenstown is a planning area and satellite residential town situated on the south-westernmost fringe of the Central Region of Singapore.
