Baek Sung-dong
Baek Sung-dong (; or ; born 13 August 1991) is a South Korean football Midfielder who plays for K League 1 side Pohang Steelers. Career In 2007, Baek participated in the Youth Project of Watford F.C. on the recommendation of the Korea Football Association. He was capped four times for the national team representing them in the 2011 FIFA U-20 World Cup. Following his good performances in the competitions, South Korean under-23 team coach Hong Myung-bo included him in the national squad. On 29 December 2011, Baek signed his first professional contract with J1 League club Júbilo Iwata, agreeing a three-year deal with the club. Gwangju
Gwangju () is South Korea's sixth-largest metropolis. It is a designated metropolitan city under the direct control of the central government's Home Minister. The city was also the capital of South Jeolla Province until the provincial office moved to the southern village of Namak in Muan County in 2005 because Gwangju was promoted to a metropolitan city and was independent of South Jeolla province. Football At The 2012 Summer Olympics – Men's Tournament
The men's football tournament at the 2012 Summer Olympics was held in London and five other cities in Great Britain from 26 July to 11 August. Associations affiliated with FIFA were invited to enter their men's U-23 teams in regional qualifying competitions, from which 15 teams, plus the hosts Great Britain, reached the final tournament. Men's teams were allowed to augment their squads with three players over the age of 23. It was the first men's Olympic football tournament to feature a team representing Great Britain since the 1960 Summer Olympics in Rome. The competition also marks the return of Uruguay to an Olympic Championship since 1928 when it became two-time champions. The gold medal was won by Mexico who defeated Brazil 2–1 in the final. The 2015 Meiji Yasuda J1 League (2015 明治安田生命J1リーグ) season was the 50th season of top-flight football in Japan, and the 23rd since the establishment of the J.League in 1993. For a five-year period starting in 2015, the J.League changed to a newly conceived multistage system, with the year split into two halves and a third and final championship stage. The winners of the first and second stages and the highest ranking club of the aggregate table (other than the first or second stage winners) will qualify for the Championship Stage.
