The badminton women's singles tournament at the 2019 European Games was held from 24 to 30 June at Falcon Club. Mia Blichfeldt (born 19 August 1997) is a Danish badminton player. She won the gold medals at the 2015 European Junior Championships in the girls' singles event, and later at the 2019 Minsk European Games in the women's singles event. Career summary Blichfeldt started to play badminton in Solrød Strand badmintonclub at the age of nine, and began playing competitively at the age of eleven. She made her international debut in 2013, representing her country at the 2013, 2014, 2015 World Junior Championships, and 2014 Summer Youth Olympics.
