Kara Solmundson (born 20 July 1974) is a Canadian badminton player. She played for the Manitoba team and clinched the women's singles national champion in 2002. She represented Canada at the 2000 Summer Olympics and 2002 Commonwealth Games. Solmundson was the bronze medallist at the 1999 Pan American Games in the women's singles event. Neli Boteva ( bg, Нели Ботева, née Nedyalkova) (born 9 May 1974) is a badminton player from Bulgaria who participated in four Olympiads in women's doubles. She first competed in the 1992 SummerOlympics as Nelly Nedyalkova in the women's doubles event with Bulgarian partner Emilia Dimitrova, née Emmy Vlaar. Huang Chia-chi (; born 26 January 1979) is a Taiwanese badminton player who competed for the Chinese Taipei at the 1996 and 2000 Summer Olympics. Elena Ivanivna Nozdran ( ua, Олена Іванівна Ноздрань; born 20 July 1975) is a badminton player from Ukraine. She played at the 2005 World Badminton Championships in Anaheim. is a former Japanese badminton player. Born in Saitama Prefecture, Ida graduated from Saitama High School. She was part of the national women's team that competed at the 1994 and 1998 Asian Games, winning the bronze medals in both events, and also participated at the 1994, 1996 and 1998 Uber Cups. Judith Meulendijks (born 26 September 1978, Helmond) is a former badminton player from the Netherlands. Career Meulendijks started playing badminton at the BC Phoenix in her hometown and then she went to BC Geldrop. In her junior career, she won 1994 Dutch junior championships in the girls' doubles partnered with Antoinette Achterberg, and in 1995 in the mixed doubles with Dicky Palyama. In 1996, she elected to join the national team, and in the same year, she won the national women's singles title. In 2007, she won the gold medal at the European Junior Championships in the girls' singles event, and also became the first of world-class junior players to make a mark on the International Badminton Federation tournament circuit when she took the women's singles title at the Dutch Open.
