Stadium Negara is an indoor arena located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Jalani Sidek
Datuk Jalani Sidek (born 12 November 1964) is a former badminton player from Malaysia and coach. Personal life He is the third eldest of the five Sidek brothers. Jalani and his siblings gained exposure about badminton sport from their father, Haji Mohd Sidek. Under the guidance of his father, Jalani and the rest of his siblings were trained to be champions. In addition, he is also one of the alumnus of Victoria Institution (batch 1976-1982). Jalani was previously married to a Malaysian film producer, Raja Azmi (born 1959) of the Perak royal family on 23 December 1984 and the couple had three children namely Puteri Suraya (born 1987), Puteri Suhaida (born 1989) dan Megat Deli (born 1994). Minarti Timur (; 24 March 1968) is a former Indonesian badminton player who is affiliated with PB Djarum since 1987. Career Though she won women's singles at the 1990 Dutch Open, Minarti was primarily a doubles player, particularly excelling in mixed doubles. Tan Sui Hoon (born 5 December 1963) is a former Malaysian badminton player. Tan won a bronze medal at the 1991 Asian championship in Mixed doubles and a bronze in Asian cup competition. Verawaty Fadjrin (; 1 October 1957 – 21 November 2021) was an Indonesian badminton player who won international titles spanning from the late 1970s to the end of the 1980s. Tall and powerful, at one time or another she played each of the three variations of the sport (singles, doubles, and mixed doubles) at the highest world level. Career During a relatively brief period as a regular singles competitor, Fadjrin won the 1980 IBF World Championships in Jakarta over fellow countrywoman Ivana Lie. She had been runner-up to Denmark's Lene Køppen at the All England Open Championships that year. She won the Southeast Asian Games title in 1981 and the Indonesia Open in 1982. Career A doubles specialist, Tendean competed in women’s doubles with Erma Sulistianingsih at the 1992 Summer Olympics. Erma Sulistianingsih (born 5 November 1965) is an Indonesian badminton player. A doubles specialist, Sulistianingsih competed in women's doubles with Rosiana Tendean at the 1992 Summer Olympics in Barcelona. Aryono Miranat
Aryono Miranat (born 27 April 1964) is a retired badminton player from Indonesia who specialized in mixed doubles. After his retirement he became a badminton trainer at PB Djarum in Kudus. As of 29 December 2007, he is a coach in the men's doubles category for the Indonesian badminton association (PBSI). He is currently the Indonesia national team men's doubles assistant coach.
