Bacon Brothers (gangsters)
The Bacon Brothers, Jonathan, Jarrod, and Jamie, are a trio of gangsters from Abbotsford, British Columbia, Abbotsford, British Columbia who are suspected of multiple firearms and drug trafficking charges and implicated in a 2009 Vancouver gang war, rash of homicides that took place in the Fraser Valley and Greater Vancouver area. Jonathan, the oldest brother, was murdered in Kelowna on August 14, 2011. Rise to power The Bacon family originated from Edmonton. David Bacon was a special needs teacher who moved to Abbotsford after being hired by the Abbotsford School District while his wife Susan worked as a property manager for the Prospera Credit Union. Ion Croitoru
Ion William Croitoru (December 7, 1963 – February 21, 2017) was a Canadian professional wrestler. He was born and raised in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada. To wrestling fans, he is better known by his ring names, Johnny K-9, Taras Bulba, and Bruiser Bedlam. He worked in several Canadian wrestling promotions, including Stampede Wrestling, and later wrestled for New Japan Pro-Wrestling, Smoky Mountain Wrestling, and the World Wrestling Federation (WWF). He wrestled as a jobber in the WWF, but he was booked to win titles in several other promotions. Croitoru was also known for his history of legal problems. Gurmit Singh Dhak
Gurmit Singh Dhak (September 8, 1978 – October 16, 2010) was a Canadian gangster who served as the co-boss of the Dhak-Duhre group in Vancouver. Gangster Dhak was born in and grew up on the West Side Dunbar area of Vancouver. His parents were Indian immigrants from the Punjab who ran a laundromat. Dhak had become a gangster in grade 8 when he had been greatly impressed by Raymond "Ray" Man Yen Chan of the Lotus gang. Nicola "Nick" Nero (born 1977) is a Canadian gangster currently serving a life sentence for murder. Nero served as one of the leaders of the Wolfpack Alliance and was briefly one of Canada's most successful cocaine smugglers. The West End Gang (french: Gang de l'ouest) is a Canadian organized crime group in Montreal, Quebec. An Irish mob group originating from the Irish-Canadian ethnic enclave of Pointe-Saint-Charles in the 1950s, the majority of the gang's earnings were initially derived from truck hijackings, home invasions, kidnapping, protection rackets, extortion, and armed robbery, with its criminal activities focused on, but not restricted to, the west side of Montreal. Wolfpack Alliance
The Wolfpack Alliance was a Canadian organized crime group. The Canadian journalist Peter Edwards and the Mexican journalist Luis Horacio Nájera wrote that the Wolfpack Alliance were "...a loosely allied and multi-ethnic group of mostly Millennial-aged gangsters who operated across the country".
