''Back to Field'' (Chinese: 向往的生活; pinyin: ''Xiàngwǎng de shēnghuó'') is a Chinese reality show on Hunan TV. The show documents the simplistic lifestyle of living away from the bustling city centers. Format Each season takes place in a different rural part of China. The cast members are only provided with the basic life necessities and have to take care of everything else such as cooking their own meals and building their own furniture. To "buy" different cooking ingredients and other tools, they have to complete certain tasks assigned by the production crew, such as planting and harvesting crops. Different guests join the cast in each episode and help out with the daily chores. The goal of the program is to bring the audience along on a slower pace of life and to illustrate the joys of a simple lifestyle. Hai Qing
Hai Qing (; born 12 January 1978) is a Chinese film and television actress who has appeared in such films as '' Finding Mr. Right'', ''Operation Red Sea'' and ''Sacrifice''. For her role in the 2009 television series ''A Beautiful Daughter-in-law Era'' she was nominated for numerous TV awards including a Flying Apsaras Awards for Best Actress and a Golden Eagle Award for Best Actress which she both won. Yuan Xinyue
Yuan Xinyue (; born 21 December 1996) is a Chinese volleyball player who plays as a Middle Blocker. She is a member of the China women's national volleyball team and plays for Bayi since 2014. Ding Xia
Ding Xia (, born 13 January 1990) is a Chinese volleyball player. She is the main setter of the China women's national volleyball team and has been representing the team in international competitions since 2014. At the club level, she plays for the Liaoning Brilliance Auto, Liaoning provincial team, which she has captained since 2013. Hui Ruoqi
Hui Ruoqi (; born 4 March 1991) is a former Chinese volleyball player. She is the Outside Hitter and the fifteenth Captain of China women's national volleyball team, and plays for Jiangsu. She retired in 2018. Early life On March 4, 1991, Hui was born in Dalian. Her parents are Hui Fei (惠飞) and Xu Xueyuan (许雪媛). She has a sister Hui Ruoxuan (惠若璇) who is ten years her junior. Miyun District
Miyun District () is situated in northeast Beijing. It has an area of and a population of 460,800 (2010 Census). Miyun District government seat is located in Gulou Subdistrict. History Miyun was one of the places where Warlord Feng Yuxiang stationed his troops in preparation of the Beijing Coup of 1924. In the 1930s, Miyun District was occupied by the Imperial Japanese Army and became part of the area controlled by the East Hebei Autonomous Council, a puppet state of Japan. Zhang Jike (; born 16 February 1988) is a retired Chinese table tennis player. Zhang became the fourth male player in the history of table tennis to achieve a career Grand Slam when he won gold in men's singles at the Olympic games in London 2012.
