"Baby Baby" is a pop song by American recording artist Amy Grant and it was issued as the first single from her eighth studio album, ''Heart in Motion'' (1991). The song was written by Keith Thomas and Grant. It was released on January 18, 1991, through A&M Records and topped the US ''Billboard'' Hot 100 chart for two consecutive weeks in April 1991, becoming the first in a string of hits from ''Heart in Motion''. At the 34th Annual Grammy Awards in 1992, the song received three Grammy Award nominations, including Song of the Year and Record of the Year. Background The music was written by Keith Thomas. "Baby Baby" is a song by Italian band Corona, released in February 1995 as the second single from their debut album, ''The Rhythm of the Night'' (1995). The song is a cover of Joy & Joyce's 1991 hit, "Babe Babe", and both tracks were produced by Lee Marrow. Particularly devoted to the dance floors, it was very successful on the singles charts around the world, peaking at number-one in Italy, and the ''RPM'' Dance/Urban chart in Canada. "Baby Baby" is a song originally recorded by English punk rock band the Vibrators. Recording and release "Baby Baby" was written by Ian 'Knox' Carnochan, the primary songwriter in UK punk band, the Vibrators. The song was recorded by the Vibrators and released as a single in May 1977. It was their first single released on Epic Records with their previous singles having been released on RAK. The song on the B-side was "Into the Future". One month later, in June 1977, the song was included in the release of their debut album, ''Pure Mania''. Eighth Wonder were an English pop band, formed in 1983 in London, initially composed of singer/model/actress Patsy Kensit, her brother Jamie Kensit, Steve Grantley, Geoff Beauchamp, Nigel Davis, Jake Walters and Lawrence Lewis. Xtreme is an American music duo consisting of members Danny D (born as Danny Mejía on July 23, 1985) and Steve Styles (born as Steven Tejada on November 25, 1985) of Dominican descent. The duo focuses on the Latin genre bachata. Xtreme was formed in 2003 and since then has enjoyed success among Hispanics in the United States.
