BaD Radio Show
The BaD Radio Show (short for Bob and Dan) was a midday radio program on Dallas, Texas radio station KTCK "1310AM, 96.7FM, The Ticket". The show was hosted by Bob Sturm and Dan McDowell, and aired Monday through Friday from 12pm to 3pm. Cast members Bob Sturm Originally from Wisconsin, Bob Sturm graduated from Liberty University and started his broadcasting career in Lynchburg, Virginia. He eventually came to Dallas in 1998, where he became the host of The Ticket's night time show. He is affectionately referred to as "The Sturminator". Bob is often called a "sports bully" on the show because he constantly intimidates his audience and guests with his encyclopedic sports knowledge, declaring that he's not "just some dude in the next cubicle over." Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. () is the oldest intercollegiate historically African American fraternity. ''Opie and Anthony'' was an American radio show hosted by Gregg Hughes, Gregg "Opie" Hughes and Anthony Cumia that aired from March 1995 to July 2014, with comedian Jim Norton (comedian), Jim Norton serving as third mic from 2001. The show originated in 1994 when Cumia took part in a song parody contest on Hughes' nighttime show on WBAB on Long Island, New York. After subsequent appearances, Cumia decided to pursue a radio career and teamed with Hughes to host their own show. The show began with a three-year stint in afternoons at WKVB (FM), WAAF in Boston. In 1998, after an April Fools' Day prank led to their firing, Hughes and Cumia relocated to afternoons at WNEW-FM, WNEW in New York City. His nationally syndicated morning radio show, ''The Kidd Kraddick Morning Show'', is based in Irving, Texas, and aired throughout the United States, syndicated by Kraddick's company, YEA Networks.
