BYD Atto 3
The BYD Atto 3 (BYD Yuan Plus in China and several Latin American countries) is a battery electric compact crossover SUV (C-segment) manufactured by BYD Auto. It was released in China in February 2022, with overseas introductions afterwards. According to BYD, the name "Atto" was inspired by the attosecond, the smallest time scale unit in physics, depicting BYD's claim that the vehicle is "speedy, energetic, and dynamic". In China, the vehicle is part of BYD's "Dynasty" series, as it is named after Chinese dynasty Yuan. A multi-link suspension is a type of vehicle suspension with one or more longitudinal arms. A wider definition can consider any independent suspensions having three control links or more multi-link suspensions. These arms do not have to be of equal length, and may be angled away from their "obvious" direction.
