Baby-led weaning (often also referred to as BLW) is an approach to adding complementary foods to a baby's diet of breast milk or formula. BLW facilitates oral motor development and strongly focuses on the family meal, while maintaining eating as a positive, interactive experience. Baby-led weaning allows babies to control their solid food consumption by "self-feeding" from the start of their experience with food. The term ''weaning'' does not imply giving up breast milk or formula, but simply indicates the introduction of foods other than breast milk or formula. The Baldwin Locomotive Works (BLW) was an American manufacturer of railroad locomotives from 1825 to 1951. Originally located in Philadelphia, it moved to nearby Eddystone, Pennsylvania, in the early 20th century. The company was for decades the world's largest producer of steam locomotives, but struggled to compete as demand switched to diesel locomotives. Beledweyne Airport or Haaji-Duqow Ahmed Fiidow Airport is an airport serving Beledweyne (also spelled Belet Uen or Beletweyn, so, Beletweeyne), the capital city of the Hiran region in Somalia. The airport is in the countryside northeast of the city. Facilities The airport elevation is above mean sea level.
