B.O.Y ( ko, 비오브유, Biobeuyu; acronym of and pronounced as B. Of You), formerly known as Kim Kookheon x Song Yuvin ( ko, 김국헌x송유빈}), was a South Korean pop duo formed by The Music Works in 2019, following the disbandment of the boygroup Myteen. The duo disbanded on April 30, 2021. Name The group's name was suggested by netizens through their official fancafe and was chosen by the members. It stands for "Best of You" and "Both of You", referring to the two members of B.O.Y, or the duo and their fans. It was chosen out of over 2,000 suggestions. Song Yu-bin (Hangul: 송유빈, born April 28, 1998), commonly referred to as Song Yuvin, is a South Korean singer and actor. He is best known as a contestant of Superstar K6 and Produce X 101, and for being one of the main vocalists of the South Korean group Myteen. Following Myteen's disbandment in 2019, he debuted as a member of the duo B.O.Y, until their disbandment in April 2021. ''Produce X 101'' () is a 2019 South Korean boy group survival reality show on Mnet and the fourth season of the ''Produce 101'' franchise. The public, referred to as "national producers", "produces" a boy band by choosing 11 members among the 101 trainees from 47 different entertainment companies and independent trainees through online voting and live voting with multiple elimination rounds. The public will also choose the group's concept, debut song, and group name. The show aired from May 3 to July 19, 2019. MYTEEN (; short for Make Your Teenager) was a South Korean boy band formed by The Music Works in 2016 and debuted in 2017 with the release of their first extended play titled ''MYTEEN GO!''. At the time of their disbandment, the group consisted of six members: Chunjin, Eunsu, Kim Kookheon, Shin Junseop, Song Yuvin, and Hanseul.
