Brandt Jones , better known by his stage name B-Legit, is an American rapper from Vallejo, California. Career Before he started his music career, he went to Grambling State University. He became a member of The Click, a rap group formed by his cousin E-40. He was featured on the track "Aint Hard 2 Find" on 2Pac's album '' All Eyez on Me''. He has been on several independent and major labels such as Sick Wid It Records, Jive Records, and Koch Records. He has collaborated with numerous other artists including E-40, Celly Cel, Master P, Too Short, Scarface, Snoop Dogg, C-Murder, Bushwick Bill, Jadakiss, Daz Dillinger, Kurupt, Styles P, The Federation, Mystikal, UGK, Mack 10, Daryl Hall, Keak Da Sneak, Rick Rock, Young Buck, Luniz, Paul Wall, and the late Mac Dre. Rick Rock
Ricardo Thomas, also known as Rick Rock, is an American record producer originally from Montgomery, Alabama and based in Fairfield, California. He is a founding member of the former rap group Cosmic Slop Shop and the Federation with fellow rapper Doonie Baby, and is regarded as a pioneer of the hip-hop subgenre Hyphy. Late 1990s Rick Rock began to make a name for himself in 1996 when well known Vallejo Producer Mike Mosley invited him to come to the studio to meet E-40. E-40 had originally planned on using a beat produced by Mike Mosley, however due to Mosley's tardiness, Rick Rock used that time as an opportunity to showcase his talents. The Federation (band)
The Federation is an American hip hop group from Fairfield, California. The group was formed in 2002, composed of producer Ricardo "Rick Rock" Thomas and three rappers: Anthony "Goldie Gold" Caldwell, Marvin "Doonie Baby/Doon Koon" Selmon and Thomas "Stressmatic" Jackson. The group released their debut studio album in 2004 on Virgin Records and their sophomore album through Reprise Records in 2007, which is, to date, their recent effort. The Click (band)
The Click was an American hip hop music, hip hop group from Vallejo, California. Members included E-40 (Earl Stevens), B-Legit (Brandt Jones), D-Shot (Danell Stevens), and Suga-T (Tanina Stevens). Earl, Danell and Tanina Stevens are siblings. Jones is a first cousin of the trio. The group released three studio albums. Maurice "Marcellus" James McCarver, better known by his stage name Celly Cel, is an American rapper from Vallejo, California. He released his first single, "Lifestyle of a Mack", on his independent record label Realside Records in 1992. He released his debut studio album, '' Heat 4 Yo Azz'', in 1994, and released a second album, ''Killa Kali'', two years later. In 1996, he appeared on the Red Hot Organization's compilation album, America is Dying Slowly, alongside Biz Markie, Wu-Tang Clan, and Fat Joe, among many other prominent hip hop artists. Too Short
Todd Anthony Shaw (born April 28, 1966), better known by his stage name Too Short (stylized as Too $hort), is an American rapper. A pioneer of West Coast hip-hop, Shaw was among the first acts to receive recognition in the genre during the late 1980s. His lyrics were often based on pimping and promiscuity, but also drug culture and street survival; exemplified respectively in his most popular singles " Blow the Whistle" and " The Ghetto". Delmar Drew Arnaud (born May 25, 1973), known professionally as Daz Dillinger or simply Daz (formerly Dat Nigga Daz), is an American rapper and record producer.
