Tom Osander
Tom Osander aka Tomo (born John Thomas Osander Jr. on 6 October 1966) is an American percussionist and producer. Osander co-founded seminal New York City based Jam band God Street Wine. He is also associated with Damien Rice, Lisa Hannigan, and Hanna Leess. Born in Princeton, New Jersey Osander was a member of the New York City jamband God Street Wine from 1988 to 1998, recording six albums and performing more than 1,000 shows, touring with bands such as The Allman Brothers, Bruce Hornsby and the Black Crowes. In 1999 Osander moved to Killarney, Ireland, to briefly join the alternative, Killarney-based rock band Poor Uncle Harry. He began working with Damien Rice in 2000 and over the next several years recorded both the albums " O" and " 9". Vyvienne Long
Vyvienne Long is a musician from Co. Dublin, Ireland. A classically trained cellist from the College of Music, Dublin and the Escola de Musica in Barcelona, she also sings and plays piano and writes music for her quintet which comprises 2 cellos, piano, double bass and drums. After touring for many years with Damien Rice, Long released an EP entitled ''Birdtalk'' in 2006. Her well-known cello heavy cover version of "Seven Nation Army" appeared on ''Even Better than the Real Thing, Vol 2'', a charity compilation of cover versions by Irish artists. In March 2009, she released a single from her album called "Happy Thoughts". The song, originally used for a cheese ad, asks a number of whimsical questions relating to the unusual habits of various wild animals. Lisa Margaret Hannigan (born 12 February 1981) is an Irish musician, singer, composer, and voice actress. She began her musical career as a member of Damien Rice's band.
