B-Lovee
Qwayshawn Cannon (born December 12, 2000), known professionally as B-Lovee, is an American rapper. Born in Maryland, he began his music career in 2015, pausing it until 2020, when he released his debut EP, ''Courtlandtbaby''. He went viral after releasing "IYKYK" and "My Everything" in 2021, later appearing on songs with big rappers such as G Herbo, A Boogie wit da Hoodie and Digga D in 2022. Early life Qwayshawn was born to a West Indian family; he grew up in the Andrew Jackson Houses of the South Bronx. He was nicknamed "Buddy Love" after a character in ''The Nutty Professor''. Qwayshawn in his youth days grew up with fellow artists such as Kay Flock, Dougie B, Sha EK. Career In 2015, B-Lovee recorded a few songs before stopping due to a lack of motivation. Kevin Perez (born April 20, 2003), known professionally as Kay Flock, is an American rapper. Hailing from the Bronx, he began his musical career in 2020, he rose to fame through a variety of Singles, most notably " Not in the Mood" by Lil Tjay, which peaked at number 61 on the ''Billboard'' Hot 100. He released his debut mixtape, ''The D.O.A. Tape'', in 2021. Early life Kevin Perez was born on April 20, 2003 in The Bronx, New York. He described his home as "dangerous" while growing up. ''Noughty by Nature'' (abbreviated as ''NBN'') is the third commercial mixtape by British rapper Digga D. It was released on 15 April 2022 by CGM. It features guest appearances from Still Brickin', Rack5, Dodgy, Horrid1, AJ Tracey, and Maverick Sabre, and American rappers B-Lovee, Moneybagg Yo, and Hotboii. The extended edition adds a further guest appearance from Arrdee. The mixtape debuted atop the UK Albums Chart, becoming Digga D's first number-one album. Background Digga D described this mixtape saying "This is the first time in my life I feel free. Free from all the hassle from police, haters, probation and crazy entanglements. Brooklyn Drill
Brooklyn drill is a regional subgenre of drill music, centered in Brooklyn, New York City, New York, that began as derivative of the drill music scene in Chicago and later became derivative of UK drill with its 808 percussion and sliding notes by producers from the UK drill scene. Brooklyn drill emerged around 2014 with the single "Hot Nigga" from the rapper Bobby Shmurda. Other early pioneers were rappers Rowdy Rebel, Bam Bino, Money Millz, Dah Dah and Curly Savv. It was again made popular in the mainstream in 2019 by the late Pop Smoke. With the success of his mixtapes ''Meet the Woo'' (2019) and Meet the Woo 2, ''Meet the Woo 2'' (2020), Pop Smoke introduced Brooklyn drill into the mainstream music industry. Rhys Angelo Emile Herbert (born 29 June 2000), known professionally as Digga D, is a British rapper and director. He had multiple singles that have been placed in the UK Singles Chart; his mixtape albums '' Double Tap Diaries'' and '' Made In The Pyrex'', reached No. 11 and 3 on the UK Albums Chart, respectively. His third mixtape, ''Noughty By Nature'' was released on 15 April 2022, debuting at number one on the UK Albums Chart. He gained recognition as part of the UK drill collective 1011 which was later renamed to CGM. He is considered to be one of the pioneers of the UK drill scene.
