ʿAzīz al-Ḥaqq ibn Irshād ʿAlī ad-Dākawī ( ar, عزيز الحق بن إرشاد علي الداكوي; 19192012), simply known as Azizul Haque ( bn, আজিজুল হক) or by his epithet Shaykh al-Hadith was a Bangladeshi Islamic scholar, politician, writer, translator and Islamic scholar, Islamic lecturer. He is the founder of Khelafat Majlish and first Bangali translator of Sahih al-Bukhari. He was Vice Chancellor of Jamia Rahmania Arabia Dhaka. Early life and education Azizul Haque was born in 1919, into a Bengali Muslim family of Qadis in the village of Bhirich Khan, Louhajang Upazila, Louhajang, Munshiganj District, Bikrampur, Bengal Presidency (now in Munshiganj District, Bangladesh). His father was Haji Ershad Ali, and Haque lost his mother when he was only 4–5 years old. Muhammad Nurul Haque Miah ( bn, মোহম্মদ নুরুল হক মিঞা; 1 July 1944 — 20 February 2021) was a professor at Dhaka College and the head of its Department of Chemistry. Muḥammad Idrīs ibn Muḥammad Ismā‘īl Ṣiddīqī Kāndhlawī ( ur, ‎; 20 August 189928 July 1974) was a Deobandi Islamic scholar particularly known as a scholar of hadith and tafsir (exegesis of the Qur'an). Shabbir Ahmad Usmani
Shabbir Ahmad Usmani (11 October 188713 December 1949) was an Islamic scholar who supported the Pakistan Movement in the 1940s. He was a religious scholar, writer, orator, politician, and expert in Tafsir and Hadith. Born in 1887 in Bijnor, Usmani was an alumnus of Darul Uloom Deoband. He was the son of Fazlur Rahman Usmani. His brother Azizur Rahman Usmani was the first Grand Mufti of Darul Uloom Deoband. His nephews include Atiqur Rahman Usmani and Shams Naved Usmani.
