Avilés Hurtado
Avilés Hurtado Herrera (born 20 April 1987 in Timbiqui, Cauca, Colombia) is a Colombian professional footballer who plays as a forward and attacking midfielder for Liga MX club Pachuca on loan from Monterrey. He is a Mexican naturalized citizen. He began his career in Colombia before moving to Mexico in 2013, after an underwhelming spell at Pachuca he was bought by Chiapas where he was one of the team's most important players, he moved to Tijuana in 2016 and became one of the best players in the league being named in the season's best XI for the Clausura 2017 tournament where he scored 8 goals, in the summer of 2017 he was purchased by Monterrey for a fee of US$9,000,000 making him the most expensive signing in the history of the club. Copa MX
The Copa MX (formerly called Copa Tower Monterrey, Copa Eliminatoria, Copa México and Copa Corona MX (for sponsorship reasons)) was a Mexican football cup competition that was established in 1907. After a lengthy hiatus that began in 1997, it was restored in 2012. On early editions of the cup, it consisted of both professional and amateur stages. It was the first official tournament that included teams from different parts of Mexico and was considered a prestigious tournament, especially during its earlier years of existence. The original purpose of the competition was to determine a national champion, thus distinguishing it from the local league championship. 2022 MLS All-Star Game
The 2022 Major League Soccer All-Star Game was the 26th annual Major League Soccer All-Star Game, an exhibition soccer match in the United States. The game, featuring all-star teams from Major League Soccer (MLS) and Liga MX, took place on August 10, 2022, at Allianz Field in Saint Paul, Minnesota. It was the second MLS All-Star Game to be played under the inter-league format. The all-star game also included a skills challenge, concerts, and other events in the days before the match. The MLS All-Stars won 2–1 with goals from Carlos Vela in the third minute and Raúl Ruidíaz in the 73rd minute; Liga MX earned a consolation goal in the 84th minute through a strike from Kevin Álvarez. Goalkeeper Dayne St. Clair, who made four saves, was named the match's most valuable player. The 2021 CONCACAF Champions League (officially the 2021 Scotiabank CONCACAF Champions League for sponsorship reasons) was the 13th edition of the CONCACAF Champions League under its current name, and overall the 56th edition of the premier football club competition organized by CONCACAF, the regional governing body of North America, Central America, and the Caribbean.
