Avenues (band)
Avenues is a punk rock band formed in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, in 2006. The band consists of Vin Smith, Shawn Brooks, Scott Brooks and Marc Perez. Marc replaced original drummer Joel Maske in November 2015. Avenues latest albums, "Creep Show" and "Post Cards from Ann Arbor", were recorded with producer Matt Allison at Atlas Studios in Chicago, IL, known for producing acts such as Alkaline Trio and The Lawrence Arms. Their sound has been described as midwestern punk. Their song "Hold Me" was featured on episode 2 of the MTV reality series The Real World: St. Thomas in 2012. Teenage Bottlerocket is an American punk rock band formed in Laramie, Wyoming in 2000. The band was formed by twin brothers Ray and Brandon Carlisle, following the dissolution of their previous band, Homeless Wonders. The band's music is heavily influenced by guitarist and co-vocalist Kody Templeman's other band, The Lillingtons, and punk rock acts such as Ramones, Screeching Weasel, Green Day, The Bouncing Souls, and Misfits; Their music has been referred to as "Ramones-core", "Weasel-core" and "leather jacket punk". Direct Hit! is a Milwaukee-based punk rock band formed in 2007 by singer/guitarist Nick Woods. Its current lineup consists of Nick Woods, Devon Kay, Maura Weaver, Joram Zbichorski, and Logan Stang. Masked Intruder is an anonymous American punk rock band from Madison, Wisconsin, United States. The members of the band are Intruder Yellow (bass, backing vocals), Intruder Green (rhythm guitar, backing vocals), Intruder Red (drums, backing vocals), and Intruder Blue (lead vocals, lead guitar). The band claims Intruder Yellow is currently in jail. They are known for wearing different colored ski masks and shoes on stage, using color-coded instruments, and never revealing their identities in publicity photos. Pulley is an American, California-based punk rock band, formed in 1994. The band is known for straightforward, hard-edged melodic punk rock. Band history The band was formed upon vocalist Scott Radinsky's departure from Ten Foot Pole, brought about by that band's desire for a singer with a full-time focus on music (Radinsky was also a major-league relief pitcher and has played for the Los Angeles Dodgers, among others).
