Athens Airways
Athens Airways was a Greek regional airline, headquartered in Koropi, Athens. The airline used to connect Alexandroupoli, Athens and Thessaloniki with some Greek islands, as well offering chartered flights. The airline was founded in 2008 and launched scheduled flights on 31 January 2009. In late May 2010 the Greek Civil Aviation Authority stripped Athens Airways of the right to serve a number of government-subsidised routes. Thιs was due to unexplained delays and cancellations by Athens Airways. Later that year, by early September and after concluding its summer schedule, the airline ceased operations without any notice. Services Athens Airways was the first Greek airline to offer a 20 percent discount to all tariff categories for passengers aged 12 to 24, soldiers without boarding pass, and students up to the age of 28, as well as a 15 percent discount on return flights. Koropi
Koropi ( el, Κορωπί, ) is a suburban town in East Attica, Greece. It is the seat of the municipality Kropia. It has been home to the new training facilities of Panathinaikos football club since the summer of 2013. Geography Koropi is situated east of the Hymettus mountain, and 16 km southeast of central Athens. It is 8 km southwest of the Eleftherios Venizelos International Airport. The Koropi station is served by Line 3 of the Athens Metro, and the Athens Suburban Railway. Motorway 6 connects Koropi with Athens. Koropi is the largest settlement in the municipality Kropia. Santorini (Thira) International Airport ( el, Κρατικός Αερολιμένας Σαντορίνης) is an airport in Santorini/Thira, Greece located north of the village of Kamari. The airport serves as both a military and a civil airport. With its redesigned apron, as of 2021 the airport is able to serve up to nine civilian airliners at the same time. Santorini is one of the few Cyclades Islands with a major airport. The airport is located about southeast of the centre of the city of Thira. The main asphalt runway (17/35) is in length. Mytilene
Mytilene (; el, Μυτιλήνη, Mytilíni ; tr, Midilli) is the capital of the Greek island of Lesbos, and its port. Myrina ( el, Μύρινα) (Also known as Kastro) is a former Communities and Municipalities of Greece, municipality on the island of Lemnos, North Aegean, Greece. Since the 2011 local government reform it is part of the municipality Lemnos, of which it is a municipal unit. It covers the west coast of the island, and has a land area of , about 17.2% of the island's area. Its municipal seat was the town of Mýrina (pop. 5,107 at the 2001 census), located in the middle of the island's west coast. Mykonos
Mykonos (, ; el, Μύκονος ) is a Greek island, part of the Cyclades, lying between Tinos, Syros, Paros and Naxos. The island has an area of and rises to an elevation of at its highest point. Karpathos Island National Airport
Karpathos Island National Airport is an airport in the island of Karpathos, Greece. The airport first operated in 1970 and it had very limited facilities (a small building of only 500 m2). Today its buildings cover an area of 12,500 m2. The current airport facilities were constructed between 2005 and 2009. The inauguration of the new airport terminal took place on 25 July 2009. A bus route directly connects Karpathos Airport and the capital of the island Pigadia. Taxis are also available at the designated waiting area.
