Arén (), in Catalan: Areny de NogueraAs shown in thLegislative Decree 2/2006 of 27 December, of the Government of Aragon, by the revised text of the Law on Comarcal Demarcation of Aragon is approved. (), or in Aragonese: Arén de Noguera, is a municipality located in the province of Huesca, Aragon, Spain. According to the 2018 census (INE), the municipality has a population of 318 inhabitants. Villages These include uninhabited villages: *Former Arén municipality: Arén, Campamento de Arén, Sobrecastell, Berganuy, Claraválls, Puifel and Soliva. *Former Cornudella de Baliera municipality (merged in 1965): Rivera de Vall, San Martín, El Sas, Casa Consistorial, Puimolar, L'Hostalet, Vilaplana, Soperún, Iscles, Suerri and Tresserra. *Former Betesa municipality (merged in 1966): Betesa, Santa Eulalia, Los Molinos and Obís. Arenysuchus
''Arenysuchus'' (meaning "Arén crocodile") is an extinct monospecific genus of allodaposuchid eusuchian crocodylomorph from Late Cretaceous (late Maastrichtian stage) deposits of north Spain. It is known from the holotype MPZ ELI-1, a partial skull from Elías site, and from the referred material MPZ2010/948, MPZ2010/949, MPZ2010/950 and MPZ2010/951, four teeth from Blasi 2 site. It was found by the researchers José Manuel Gasca and Ainara Badiola from the Tremp Formation, in Arén of Huesca, Spain. It was first named by Eduardo Puértolas, José I. Canudo and Penélope Cruzado-Caballero in 2011 and the type species is ''Arenysuchus gascabadiolorum''. Etymology ''Arenysuchus'' was named and described in 2011 by Eduardo Puértolas and his colleagues for a partial skull and teeth. Mountains Of Sis
The Mountains of Sis ( ca, Serra de Sis, or ''Serra del Cis'') ( es, Sierra de Sis) is a long mountain range of the Pre-Pyrenees. They are located between the valleys of rivers Isábena and the Escales Reservoir, Noguera Ribagorzana, in the Ribagorza comarca, Aragon, Spain. The ridge's highest summits are Pico de l´Amorriador (1791 m) and Puialto (1782 m).
