The Artyom constituency (No.63) is a Russian legislative constituency in Primorsky Krai. The constituency was created in 2016 from parts of all 3 former Primorsky Krai constituencies. Artyom constituency stretches from Fokino, Vladivostok and Artyom in the south to Spassk-Dalny in the north. Vladimir Novikov (politician, Born 1966)
Vladimir Mikhailovich Novikov (russian: Владимир Михайлович Новиков; born 9 June, 1966, Tambov) is a Russian political figure and a deputy of the 7th and 8th State Dumas. Novikov started his political career in 1995 when he was appointed deputy of the Artyom City Duma of the 1st convocation. In 1997, he started working as the Deputy head of administration of the city of Artyom. In 2000, Novikov served as acting head of the Artyom city administration and, a year later, he officially became the mayor. In 2016-2021, he served as deputy of the 7th State Duma from the Primorsky Krai constituency. In 2021, he was re-elected for the 8th State Duma. Alexey Victorovich Kornienko (russian: Алексей Викторович Корниенко; born 22 July 1976, in Namangan) is a Russian political figure and a deputy of the 5th, 6th, 7th, and 8th State Dumas. In 2002, he started working as an assistant and then as a senior lecturer at the Ulyanovsk State Agricultural Academy. The same year, he joined the Communist Party of the Russian Federation. In 2003, he started working in the apparatus of the State Duma. In 2006, he taught at the Moscow Finance and Law Academy. On 2 December 2007 he was elected deputy of the 5th State Duma.
